Pause, reset, and cultivate a brighter outlook. This session blends gentle relaxation with a guided gratitude practice, designed to shift your focus to positive thought patterns and enhance your mental vitality. Have a cushion, blanket and bolster (or bed pillows) ready!

Gentle Yoga

Wrist-Free Core Class - 19 mins

We stay lying down for the whole 19 minutes of this session but we still have an emphasis on good form, using our mat for feedback. It's also a great one to bring some awareness to our posture, especially when we're feeling a little out of alignment!

Beginners / Improvers Yoga

Ribs and Ribbons - 39 mins

The focus of this session is the ribcage and the intercostals - the ribbon-like muscles between each rib. We'll be moving and stretching to find more expansive and relaxed breaths, whilst reducing stress on shoulders and neck.

Lower Back Mobility - 27 mins

Today's class is dedicated to lower back care. We'll use gentle mobility exercises to release tension, reduce stiffness and help you move with greater ease and comfort.

Hatha Flow Yoga

Power to Launch - 30 mins

Our hips will be the engine for our dynamic movements today. In particular, our glutes will be providing the power, propelling us from the ground into a standing balance.

Liquid Spine - 35 mins

Let's enjoy the spinal mobility we've cultivated through our yoga practice with fluid, rotational movements and rippling transitions. I hope the session leaves your spine feeling lovely and loose and moving like liquid!

Vinyasa Yoga

Extension and Equilibrium - 41 mins

This class culminates in dancer pose. Each sequence is layered with movements that bring us into hip, spine and shoulder extension so that we feel ready to balance with ballet-esque grace!
