This Week's Video Programme

27/04/26 - 03/04/26

Which yoga style should I choose?
April theme: Vitality

Yoga & Meditation

Mountain Fresh - 39 mins

I found a lovely definition of "vitality" which describes it as the state of being mentally alert, emotionally resilient and physically energised. I'm hoping today's class will provide some tools to help us achieve this. The session includes a yoga flow for a boost of energy, followed by shavasana and a visualisation meditation with the theme of an alpine river for a mental refresh.

Gentle Yoga

A Flexible Spine - 42 mins

Today we are focusing on nourishing the spine, improving its mobility on the mat so we can move with more freedom and agility in our daily lives.

Beginners / Improvers Yoga

More Core - 31 mins

Today is all about the core. We'll focus on movements that build functional core strength, which is the ability of our midsection to stabilise the spine, support our posture and make everyday movements effortless.

Slow Flow & Restorative Yoga

Melt the Stress Away - 53 mins

We aim to relax the mind and body from the get-go, opening the session with breathwork to calm the nervous system. The movement practice focuses on common areas of stress-related tension including the upper back and shoulders. To end the class we'll allow the body to melt into a lovely restorative pose, enjoying a moment of softness and stillness.

Hatha Yoga

From Hips to Heart - 40 mins

Today's movements are designed to prepare us for Dancer Pose, the balancing pose at the end of our main sequence. We'll work on hip strength and flexibility to provide a stable foundation to then expand through the heart, chest and shoulders.

Hatha Flow Yoga

Unfurl - 32 mins

Open up and find space. In today's class, which is designed to counter the effects of a rounded back and shoulder posture, we release tension and "unfurl" into a more open, upright and spacious posture.

Vinyasa Yoga

Fluidity - 37 mins

We have a strong, flowing class coming up! We’ll explore how stability supports mobility, allowing every movement to ripple into the next with ease.
