Which yoga style should I choose?

Yoga Nidra

Stargazing - 30 mins

Today's Yoga Nidra is part of our "Space" theme for June. You'll journey through mental imagery of starry skies and visions of Earth from afar. The inspiration is a phenomenon called the Overview Effect. This is a cognitive shift experienced by astronauts, where seeing Earth from space inspires profound peace, unity, and interconnectedness.

Gentle Yoga

Unlock Your Shoulders - 44 mins

Through a combination of movement and restorative yoga, we'll be working on our overhead shoulder mobility and freeing up the shoulder blades. Notice how today's practice feels for your upper back too, as so many of the muscles in this area attach to the shoulder blades so they are likely to feel the benefit as well!

Beginners / Improvers Yoga

Release the Knots - 34 mins

The upper back, neck and shoulders are common areas of tension for so many of us. The sequencing in this practice aims to promote blood flow to these muscles, as well as introducing some lovely stretches to reduce tightness and leave us feeling looser in this area of the body.

Beginners / Improvers Yoga

We It's a strong one! This class features various weight-bearing movements on the arms and shoulders to build upper body strength. We'll be incorporating dynamic movement into our dolphin and downward facing dog to challenge the stability of our upper body too.

Hatha Flow Yoga

Awaken the Glutes - 34 mins

If you've needed to spend a lot of the day sitting, your glutes might be a bit snoozy! We'll awaken them gradually through the class, increasing the challenge and load-bearing demands progressively through the session.

Vinyasa Yoga

Calves & Ankles - 38 mins

Strong calves provide a solid anchor for our ankles, helping to prevent unwanted wobbling. However, we also need our ankles to be fully mobile to absorb shock. Today’s session will focus on building the right blend of stability and mobility.
