This Week's Video Programme

17/08/26 - 23/08/26

Which yoga style should I choose?

Mindfulness Meditation

August Theme: Reverie

As Light as a Cloud - 16 mins

I've kept today's mindfulness session short enough that you can tag it onto the end of a physical practice, or enjoy it as a standalone meditation. This session helps cultivate a calm state of mind, allowing your attention to roam freely.

Gentle Yoga

Expanding Your Horizons - 44 mins

If you've been locked into a single position today that has led to physical tension, or if you've been mentally locked in and hyper-focused on tasks, this session is designed to help you reset. The aim is to open up space in both body and mind, and settle into a more relaxed, expansive state.

Beginners / Improvers Yoga

Rock and Roll - 29 mins

Today's practice focuses on playful movement and creative transitions. As the title suggests, we will explore rocking motions and rolling sequences that require an adaptable spine. We will build the core strength and spinal flexibility needed to transition smoothly.

Beginners / Improvers Yoga

Hydrated Hips - 33 mins

A class to help us keep our hip joints healthy. Movement can "hydrate" our hips by stimulating the production and circulation of synovial fluid which lubricates the joints, so we'll be doing plenty of hip mobility work with a special focus on rotation today.

Hatha Yoga

Strap In, Stretch Out - 42 mins

Today we'll use the strap to focus on overhead shoulder mobility. We'll move in ways that help our shoulder blades glide smoothly, releasing tightness in the upper back and creating a lighter, more open feeling in the shoulder girdle.

Hatha Flow Yoga

Geometrics of Joy - 45 mins

Today we turn our focus to the hips and legs, moving to dissolve stiffness and tension. Our lower body will explore shapes and poses that invite a sense of space and ease. Let's move better to feel better, and welcome a little more joy into our day.

Vinyasa Yoga

A Reboot - 33 mins

I hope this class will help you combat that midday energy slump! Only half an hour long, the session is designed to oxygenate our body and clear our mind so that we can return to our tasks with fresh focus.
