Bitesize Yoga
Beginners / Improvers
Express Neck Release - 20 mins
This short class is designed to release the neck through movement, jaw relaxation and diaphragmatic breathing. Our neck muscles tend to take over if the diaphragm isn't working efficiently, so a targeted breath practice will ensure we're breathing functionally to help prevent neck tension.
Gentle Yoga
Hip Tension Melt - 1 hr
My hope for today's class is that we finish with hips that feel buttery soft, relaxed, and free from tension. We'll use a blend of breathing techniques and movement to open up tight areas, bring gentle heat into the muscles, and reduce restriction. Then we'll close with restorative yoga so your body, mind, and nervous system can rest, allowing you to fully enjoy the extra space you've gained.
Beginners / Improvers Yoga
Anti-Slouch - 41 mins
Join me for a yoga session focused around un-slouching our posture! We'll move in creative ways to make space across the chest, relieve upper back tension, and gain more height through the spine.
Beginners / Improvers Yoga
Waves of Movement - 36 mins
I feel that today's class title really evokes the nature of our yoga flows, where our succession of movements brings us low to the mat, then back up again, in waves in movement. It's such a great way to work our muscles dynamically, as they length and contract to adapt to each pose and transition.
Hatha Yoga
Twist, Stretch & Strengthen - 48 mins
We target the ribcage and side core today. This heat-building, tension-releasing flow blends twists and side bends to leave you feeling stretched and strong.
Hatha Flow Yoga
Revived - 35 mins
If you're feeling lethargic, hopefully the focus in this class on fluid, flowing movements to build heat in the body and deep breathing to promote mental clarity will help you feel revived by the end of the session.
Vinyasa Yoga
Outer Hip Stretch - 37 mins
A balanced system of strong and flexible hip muscles is important for pelvic stability. Today's class is filled with warming, dynamic movement, as well as a mixture of active and passive stretches to create space in the tissues of the outer hips.
