This Week's Video Programme

28/09/26 - 04/10/26

Which yoga style should I choose?

Bitesize Yoga

Beginners / Improvers

Strong and Steady Knees - 20 mins

This short class aims to help support our knees by building joint stability. We'll focus on strengthening the surrounding musculature to take the pressure off the joint, improve overall alignment, and build a resilient foundation for everyday movement.

Gentle Yoga

All-Floor Deep Core - 31 mins

We'll be targeting the stabilising muscles of the deep core today through movements that are all floor-based and close to the ground. We'll be closing with a restorative practice, as it's important for our core muscles to be adaptive - able to both relax and activate depending on what is required in the moment!

Beginners / Improvers Yoga

Lighten the Shoulders - 43 mins

Our main focus today is the upper trapezius. This muscle helps shrug our shoulders up, but it also holds onto daily stress and tension. If that sounds familiar, give this class a try to soften the area and lighten your shoulders!

Beginners / Improvers Yoga

Feet, Ankles & Calves - 22 mins

If you feel like your feet, ankles and calves could use some TLC, they will be getting plenty of attention in today's class. We aim to release tension and improve circulation in the lower legs through a variety of mobility work, stretches and dynamic movement.

Hatha Yoga

Resilient Hips - 42 mins

The hip joint is the largest ball-and-socket joint in the body, allowing for a huge range of movement in multiple directions. While we will work on mobility today, our main focus is building strength and control within these deep ranges.

Hatha Flow Yoga

Shapes and Space - 29 mins

Today's movement practice is designed to keep us present so that we can find space in both our body and our mind. Expect plenty of playful shapes and transitions so that you end the practice feeling refreshed and grounded.

Vinyasa Yoga

Rolling Flow - 35 mins

We'll be having some fun with roly-poly style movements in class today. The practice will be centred around smooth spine rotation, core control, and upper body strength and stability.
