Our focus today is on enhancing knee stability through movements that help build strong hamstrings. By strengthening these muscles at the back of the leg, we provide an essential counterbalance to the quadriceps, helping to stabilise the knees from behind.

The theme of symmetry is woven throughout today's class. Through symmetry in the sequencing and in individual poses, we have the opportunity to identify subtle imbalances, as well as appreciate the steady strength of our body. We'll close the practice with a short reflection on this theme too.
