This class was created for the post-Christmas period, designed to provide a soft landing into January for the body and mind. The session includes a combination of soothing movement and somatic techniques to help us feel relaxed and grounded.

By gradually layering mindful movements to awaken the deep stabilisers of the core, we gently build heat, warming our body from the inside out.

Neck Tension Release - 33 mins

During this slow-paced session, we combine neck mobility movements to help improve range of motion; essential strength work for long-term stability and postural realignment; and longer-held stretches for more immediate relief to melt away tightness.

Feel Good Flow - 36 mins

A class to feel good in our body and lift our mood. We shake off mental clutter, shed stagnant energy and leave our mat with a renewed sense of ease.

Hatha Flow Yoga

Ring in the New Year, Wring Out Tension - 36 mins

A practice to invite a fresh perspective for the year ahead. We move through a series of dynamic and stretchy twists in order to 'wring out' physical tension, clear our mind, and leave us feeling revitalised as we head into 2026.

Knee Stability - 30 mins

Our focus today is on enhancing knee stability through movements that help build strong hamstrings. By strengthening these muscles at the back of the leg, we provide an essential counterbalance to the quadriceps, helping to stabilise the knees from behind.

Vinyasa Yoga

Symmetry - 47 mins

The theme of symmetry is woven throughout today's class. Through symmetry in the sequencing and in individual poses, we have the opportunity to identify subtle imbalances, as well as appreciate the steady strength of our body. We'll close the practice with a short reflection on this theme too.
